CHALLENGE
The project aimed to create an intuitive website, focusing on highlighting medical specialties and facilitating appointment scheduling, seeking an optimized and accessible user experience. The main challenge of the project was to deliver an interface that ensured clear and direct communication with the public within a short period of just 2 weeks.
The complexity lay in condensing information about each medical specialty succinctly, thus ensuring ease of understanding and accessibility of the information.
SOLUTION
We started the project with a strategic meeting to define the crucial information that the Clínica Aprahamian website should present, as instructed by the doctors. An analysis of competing websites revealed a trend towards excessive text, which could compromise the clarity of communication. To avoid this obstacle, we decided to prioritize conciseness and simplicity in the content.
Next, we conducted a survey with potential users to identify which information they considered essential. The majority, 70%, indicated that excessive details were unnecessary, as they preferred to clarify doubts directly during consultations.
Based on these insights, we developed a clean and objective interface, focusing only on the most relevant information about the specialties offered and the clinic's professionals.
LEARNING
This project was a valuable opportunity to improve my skills, particularly enhancing my communication abilities during strategic meetings with physicians. Working under an extremely tight deadline demanded a focused attention on the essential needs of both parties: the physicians and the potential patients who would access the site.
